Cannot get reading plans from desktop to sync with Kindle or android app for phone. Any suggestions?
I am not familiar with any of the android apps. I presume you mean the android app for the kindle fire, right? What versions of all apps (including desktop) are you using?

Reading plans do not sync between desktop and the android app on my Galaxy S4 or my Galaxy Note 10.1. The two mobile devices seem to stay in sync with each other but not with the desktop.

Do you see the plans synced when accessing biblia.com?
This sounds like a desktop sync issue (as opposed to a mobile-desktop one) and checking whether your plans on biblia are up to date should help confirm / deny this.
What version of the desktop app are you using - and is it on Windows or Mac?

I'm running Windows 7 and Logos version 5.1 SR-1. I notice that Logos pushed through an update to the desktop application by I got a lot of error messages when I tried to install it. Maybe that is where the problem lies.
I checked biblia.com and that is syncing just fine. It is only the desktop version that is out of sync.
