Community Notes Issue

Often, after posting a note tied to a Bible verse, clicking the green note icon brings up a blank note page. Sometimes toggling to the previous verse and back again causes the note to appear. However, toggling back to the original verse is easier said than done requiring multiple attempts. [iPhone 5]

I believe this is a known issue... But thanks for reporting it anyways. Are you using the faithlife app? What version?
