SUGG: Put group reading plan items on calendar

When a group reading plan is shared with a Faithlife group and a user is connected to that plan, it would be helpful (and expected) that each day's readings appear on the group's calendar view. 

(As an added bonus, I would like to see where each member is on that reading plan to assess who is ahead and behind)
