I have been 'downloading' resources for almost 2 weeks on my laptop. Why are the downloads being down by individual books vs. 'in mass'? After each download I am asked to reboot the program. At this rate it is going to take 6 months of downloading and rebooting. Also, why does my machine bounce between 'stage 1 of 3,' and 'stage 2 of 3', and sometimes 'stage 3 of 3'. I am leaving my laptop on pretty much 24/7 . . . meaning I think everything should be downloaded by now. Is there something that I should be doing to speed things up?
