Jump to resource behavior

Is it possible to have "jump to resource"  open in the secondary Window instead of the main Window? I would prefer this as an option rather than as a fixed behavior since I might sometimes I like the secondary Window to remain static.

    Hi David,

    There is already an inquiry case written up for window target/focus priority settings, although I'm not sure if/when this might be implemented.
