Logos Bible Software 5 (not responding)

I have Logos 5.1.0.0963 running on a mac.
For the last few days it is unusably slow and inevitably fails to respond.
Is anyone else having problems?

Not having this problem, but you might try the Windows trick of restarting your computer. I know this is very un-Mac Like, but it sometimes clears problems with Logos. If that does not help the speed of your app, please enable logging and post them back to this thread. See my signature for instructions.

Thanks Jack. Restarting doesn't help. Attached log as suggested.

Logos is expecting a download and there isn't one. So delete the folder /Users/brump69/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/o3kt5fue.9w3/DownloadManager. That may fix one delay I could see in the log, but there are other delays between activities not easily explained.

Thanks Dave. Deleted as described. Still doing it.
I noticed that in the library folder, there was also an updates folder. Do I need to delete that one too?
I have attached a new log since deleting as described.
Would I be better off just to delete it completely off my computer and do a re-instal of logos 5?

The new log shows that issue has been fixed.

I think you should refer the matter to Logos Support first.
