I received an offer for Heaven by D.L. Moody, but cannot figure out how to download it. Any help would be appreciated.

There should be a link in the offer. You will add to cart and "purchase" (the price will be zero). Some users complain that they must provide a credit card even if the price is zero, but that is the drawback of web based ordering. [Some users use a disposable debit card]
The next time you open logos, the new resource should download automatically. If it doesn't just type "update resources" in the command box.
Thanks David. I don't have Logos software except on my iPhone. The email offer didn't indicate that Logos software is required, it just offered a free download. Is there any other way to get it?

Welcome.
If you follow the steps outlined by the other David (above) you should be able to access the resource via the iOS app (assuming that you 'purchase' the resource using the same credentials and log in details as those used on your iPhone).

Thank you David and Andy. I downloaded Logos for Windows. No luck there or the iPhone. Something is stuck somewhere. I'll wait until Monday and see if Customer Service gets back to me.

For clarification: you must go through the checkout procedure on the website, to purchase the resource licenses. Did you do that? One you have "purchased" the book(s), they should be available to you instantly on your mobile device (provided that the resource is "mobile enabled," and this should be).
