Introduction material to HCSB not visible

When I click on the Introductory material (in the far left column that needs to be expanded) the material is listed but it does not show up in the main window. When I do it for the LBLA translation, the material shows up fine. How can I get the introductory material for the HCSB to show in the main window?

I am able to access the information without problems. Here's what I did: Open the Table of Contents pane on the left (CTRL-Shift-C); navigate to the top of that pane; under Title Page is "Introduction to the..." (visible; on hover the text expands to "Introduction to the Holman Christian Standard Bible"; I click on that and the introduction opens in the main pane (window).

If you're following the same procedure I did and the HCSB will not open the introduction, click on the information icon in the upper right and scroll to the bottom and report the version information in the "Support Info" section. Here's what I see there: LLS:1.0.351, 2012-09-26T00:29:57Z, HCSB.logos4.
