Is the indexer supposed to run when a fresh install and first download of resources is downloading?
Trying to get to the bottom...

Yes, the indexer runs every time a resource is downloaded.
The Indexer does the downloading after the installation.You will get a request to restart Logos when the download completes (on PC) and the Indexer will then Prepare your Library and index the resources.
That's what I thought it was supposed to do...indexer is running with first initial download of resources....woohoooooo I am having fun!!!
