Syncing Issues

I am having a problem with Logos defaulting to offline.

I have the Logos app on my iPod that I usually take notes on when I am out.

These notes are not usually being synched with my computer. Commanding Logos to sync now results in a message stating that it is working offline.

I then tell Logos to use Internet within it settings and restart, but it does not usually work.

Can anyone help?

    We will need more info... What version of Logos? What platform? It's possible the techies will want to see logs... See my signature line.
