Synchronization Problem with L4

I have Logos 4 on both my lap-top AND my desk-top computers. Here's my
problem:
On my lap-top the sync arrows just to the left of my 'layout' tab shows
up and continually synchronizes; but on my desk-top the sync arrows do
not appear (and thus do not save whatever I'm doing without me having
to manually open the 'layout' tab and edit the most recent snapshot.
I have the "use internet" setting clicked on with both computers)

anyone help me figure out how to resolve this problem so that both of
my computers synchronize alike? Thanks in advance--Steve Spencer

Check your Program Settings (Tools:Program Settings). Is 'Use Internet' checked 'yes' on the non-synchronizing machine?

Hi can you include a screen shot of the desktop one, where the arrow does not appear? Also it would help to know your system specs and what version of Logos4 you are using, you can find this by clicking the round ' ? ' button in the top-right corner and clicking About.

The problem resolved itself--somehow. I rebooted and now everything is working as should. Still a mystery to me--except I know that I have a large 2.2 gig download last night on my desk-top (the one that had the problem). Thank you to all who take the time to answer questions to newbies--Steve

I seem to have lost synchronization function. I checked and I do have all the correct boxes checked in program settings. My notes have not synchronized from my desktop. And there is no arrow by the Layout tab. What gives??
