By 'details', do you mean the contents of the favorites folder? Because in your attached images the folders are not expanded to show the contents of them. You may already know this but just to clarify, clicking on the folder expands it and you can see it expanded because the arrow is pointing downward. Any favorites inside that folder will be indented and hidden when the folder is 'collapsed'

You are correct - I had not succeeded in putting the links into the folders. I'll do some more testing and take back all the bad things I've thought about Favorites.
