I have been suggesting to my pastor that he look into Logos. He uses it on his iPhone now, and he finally downloaded the desktop app for his computer. However, the resources don't show up on the desktop app. Is this to be expected?

Including Faithlife Study Bible, all of the resources that he purchased should appear in the desktop version. Make sure that he is using the same email address and password. The mobile app gives many free resources available for online use only. After installing the software, it takes some time to download and index the resources.

    Hey Jeff!

To add to what Lynden wrote... The mobile app comes with some resources for which a license isn't actually added to your account... Those resources are unavailable to you to download, either in the mobile or desktop apps. Currently there is a special offer on the ESV though... If he signs up for faith life, an ESV license should be added to his account, which would then allow him to download it. The reverse interlinear would not work, however, as this requires a base package or minimal cross grade.
