logos 4 is running but I cannot see any contents

Since three weeks ago, after downloading updates, I cannot see anything on my computer screen, though I can see logos icon in my workbar(?-that is located at the bottom) which means the program is running.

I can still use other programs but when I click the logos icon I can only see the program that I was working instead of any contents of logos. In that screen I cannot click anything on the screen, but after click other programs that I want to use at workbar I can use those programs without any problem.

I hope someone understand what I explained.

Sounds very strange!

So I think you are saying that when you click on the Logos icon you get a transparent window without any contents but it overlays anything else on the screen. Is that correct?

Some questions:

Do you know what version of Logos you have?
Is the problem fixed if you reboot your computer?
Does Logos start correctly if you try and open it to a blank layout? (See http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_Not_Starting for details)

This is usually caused by a conflict between Microsoft's .NET Framework 3.5 and a video card driver. Most often when a second screen is attached via USB, or a dock/hub is attached with a screen port on it.

You can try removing the second screen or hub to resolve the issue. You may also be able to update your video card for an improved result.

However, the best solution is to stop using .NET 3.5 which we can't avoid in Logos 4 but Logos 5 uses the newer .NET 4.5 and shouldn't have this problem.
