Logos Mobile Apps: Ask Password Entry if Changed Before Wiping Downloads

Currently the Logos Mobile apps will wipe a users data if they no longer have a valid password entered. For example, if I enter my password, go change it at Logos.com, and then go back to the mobile app. It will ask for a password at this point, but I believe it wipes the data that was downloaded.

I'd like to see the app ask for the password if the one entered is wrong or absent before it wipes my downloads. Force the user to enter the password before opening, but don't wipe it till maybe 3 failed attempts to enter a correct password.

Why? This way I could change my password at Logos for safety and security reasons without having to download my books again.
