No new resources are downlaoded

Although I have auto downloading selected (I made no changes to my program preferences), my new purchase does not download.

I restarted the programme twice.

I no longer see the spinning arrows on the top bar, so I can't click that to start updating.

Any ideas?

What OS?
What (specific) version of Logos?
Have you tried the commands "update now" and "update resources"?
Can you enable logging, start Logos, try the commands in #3, close Logos and upload the log files? See my signature line for more info.

When I try "update now," I get a message that it cannot update while working offline. But when I start Logos, I don't get a sign in screen to go online. I don't know how I got "offline."

After you have signed in once, if you get a sign in screen again, either something is wrong or you have told Logos to bring up the screen. Try this: when you first start Logos, immediately press and hold the control key. See if you can sign in.

If the trick above doesnt work, can you be more specific? If you go to "about the software," you should find your version number. I'm on Mac or I would give you more direction. We might also need to see your logs.

I just figured out how to bring in the sign in screen. Now it tells me "Unable to connect to Logos.com" although my internet is working otherwise. The message comes up REALLY fast, like it isn't even trying. There is no waiting--it just fails.

Thanks again--I got it. I think my new System Mechanic software did something stupid. When I rolled back a couple of things it did, Logos started working again and letting me sign in.
