Some books have a publisher name as the author. When this is the case, Logos sometimes still attempts to list it as Last name, comma, First name, which makes no sense for publisher names. It's not always wrong, as I have seen it done correctly on occasion.

Here are some examples where it's wrong:

Here is a mixture of wrong/right cases where the author has "publish" in it:

    Yep, and here's another example:

BTW, that resource is currently free on Vyrso:

Shouldn't this go on the Metadata page? I was about to put it there when I realized whose thread this was, and, well, you're perfectly capable of doing that job yourself.[:)]

When I started posting this bug report, I thought it was a universal problem with all publishers-as-authors, and thus a coding problem. But you may be right, since it only happens in certain instances. Maybe there is metadata to mark first name and last name vs. the name of an entity that should never be comma-ized. I figure it has a beter chance of getting seen/fixed here anyway. The metadata page gets so little attention these days.

    Ah!

Your experience is different from mine. I post there because on average I get faster response there. Plus it's much easier to keep track.

(Let's see if this bump gets you a response.[:)])

just a remark: it seems that "old" Publishers of Logos resources (i.e. those where the products are around from Libronix days or earlier) are correct while the "newer" ones are wrong, especially those where the products are on Vyrso.
