PB Tool: Please flag books that failed to compile due to errors

Sometimes I'm working on several Personal Books at once and have compiled some successfully and others have failed. If shut down Logos and restart it, I've lost track of which books failed to compile. Please mark them somehow so that next time I open Logos and the PB Tool, they show with a yellow/orange/red warning triangle or something, to indicate that they have not been successfully compiled.

A compilation with warnings, which nevertheless succeeded in completing, does not need to be marked thus.
