How do I get my notes and scripture lists from Mac to iPad?
I have several scripture lists on our home computer that I want to be able to view on my iPad. A few notes that I created on the desktop Logos showed up on the iPad once I installed the app, but now I am unable to view my other notes and passage lists.

Hi Ericka! Welcome to the forums. [:)]
Unfortunately, passage lists aren't currently a feature of the mobile apps. You would need to export them from L5 and view them in another app. As for other notes... Do you know what note document you placed the notes in L5? Have you found the documents panel in the mobile app? If so, does the document show up in the list?

That is too bad. I spent a lot of time making scripture lists just so I could take them with me on the iPad for a class I teach. I am using L4. I made a note document on some books of the Bible as I was studying them and both of them do show up in the documents panel in the mobile app. Maybe I can just copy and paste my scripture lists into a notes document and see if it will show up. Thanks for the help! Glad I can stop wasting my time trying to get the app to do something it isn't hardwired to do.

Is there a reason you haven't updated to the free L5 engine? http://www.logos.com/installation

I didn't know about it actually. I haven't used Logos for a bit so when I heard about 5 I assumed it was an upgrade that I had to pay for and didn't want to. We use a Mac - can I use it with this system?

The software is always free. The resources you pay for. Some of the new features require new resources. Many do not. There is no reason not to update as long as your computer specs are appropriate. The link I provided before will take you to the right page to get more info.Ericka Watson said:when I heard about 5 I assumed it was an upgrade that I had to pay for and didn't want to.
Absolutely... and I think you will find that it runs better than L4. The look and feel is basically the same.Ericka Watson said:We use a Mac - can I use it with this system?
