How would one do a search involving the operators AND or OR in the Hebrew? For example, if I wanted to find verses with both ירשׁ and נח, how would I do it?
The general format is:-
lemma:נח AND lemma:ירשׁ
hebrew:נח OR hebrew:ירשׁ
But see http://wiki.logos.com/Search_HELP for more information.
In Morph Search you enter the Hebrew word and choose the appropriate form in the list -> suggestions with a gloss are lemmas and will appear as above, otherwise the form is hebrew:word (or Greek:word) and this will be a SURFACE search. ירשׁ OR נח is also a surface search.

Thanks, Dave. It works very well.
Dave,
While you're answering Q for Hebrew searches...I have a problem.
When I cut; paste a Hebrew word in to search...I have a hard time entering the "WITHIN 5 words" operators and things because of the "reverse reading type backwards" thing....
Can you just give me a mini lesson on the sequence of events when doing a multiple word Hebrew search?
Robert,
With what Dave shared with me and what I learned on the instruction video, I see that we do not have to "cut" or "paste" anymore. We can simply type lemma: and then begin to type in the Hebrew [or Greek] lemma IN ENGLISH. So to search for the Hebrew lemma ירשׁ simply begin typing yrs and the various Hebrew forms will appear below.
