Checking Licensed Books

I was wondering if there was a way to check the licenses that you have within Logos 4 (or online within your Account Management). I know the "Account Summary" was the way to check out what licenses you own within Logos 3. My question comes from having a book (HALOT) unlocked within Logos 3 and no sign of it within Logos 4. I've tried manual downloads followed by scan commands, update commands, and even a sync within Logos 3 followed by a computer reboot. Nothing seems to help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you still have Libronix installed, your Logos 4 licenses will show up in the Account Summary there. Since HALOT doesn't seem to be in Logos 4 (and it sounds like you have tried just about everything,) a call to Customer Service might be needed to sort it out.

Do you have the HAL and HALARAM files in your Logos 4 resources folder ?

The files are under both Users/.../AppData/... and Program Files (x86)/Libronix DLS/Resource directories. The file names are HAL.lbxlls and HALARAM.lbxlls

It is possible since HALOT was a separate purchase that the license somehow didn't make it into the place L4 uses for determining your resources. Unless someone here comes up with another suggestion, it seems a call to Customer Service might be needed to rectify the problem.

I'm a bit tired tonight but... It sounds like you've already done some/all of this since you mention update commands, but just to be certain I'm going to write out some instructions. If you've already done all of this, just say so (or ignore me completely.)

Synchronize licenses in L3, this will make sure that all licenses are as they should be.
Load L4, and in the commandbox type update now.
After a few minutes Close and restart Logos4 if nothing happens.
If nothing happens then, in the commandbox type update resources. Give L4 10-15 minutes to make sure it checks everything.

If a subsequent restart doesn't initiate discovery and HALOT still isn't available in the Library that the advice to call Tech support is your best bet.
