I was attempting to increase the font size to 140%. The fonts were not matched on both sides of my screen. This has happened occasionally recently, but I haven't had logos shut down when I tried to change font size before.

Welcome Susan
Your logs are confusing as they look like coming from Logos 5 but contain information from Logos 4, v4.6+ on OS X 10.7.5 and 10.8.4.
If you updated to Logos 5 then trash the Logos 4 application (nothing else),and run Logos 5; otherwise update to Logos 5, trash the Logos 4 app and run Logos 5.
Also, remove the log files beginning with Logos4.

...But don't remove any Logos4 directory folders!

Dave - I took a look at the logs and didn't see anything that made them look like they were coming from L5. I'm wondering if I missed something, or if reading Mac logs is giving you a headache. [:)]

Hello Susan,
This might occur if you're adjusting the default font size, but have separately adjusted font size in some panels.
When you adjust font size in Tools > Program Settings, it adjust the default setting for all panels.
But if you open a panel and adjust its size in the Panel Menu (book cover), it will take on its own size setting beyond the default.
You might notice that one of the tick-marks in the font size slider for that panel is larger than the others. That is it your current default size. dragging the slider to that tick will set the panel back to the default size slider's control.
See article: http://www.logos.com/support/logos5/resource-view
I hope that helps.

There is both a LogosError.log and a Logos4Error.log, so we need to see what Susan says about it.

Thanks for explaining your thinking. I wonder if the 4.6x builds (which are the ones indicated in the LogosError.log file) made the change to that nomenclature...
In any case, she created a new thread in the L4 Mac forum, and I believe she will be updating to the L5 engine. I don't know if that will be sufficient to fix her issue or not... Hopefully. [:)]

Logos 4.6x on PC doesn't have that confusion, but updating to Logos 5 is definitely the way to go for Susan.
