LOGOS 5 CRASHING AT STARTUP

I've had Logos 4 for 2 years and recently it began crashing at startup. I thought that upgrading to Logos 5 would solve my problem....no such blessing. Sad When I click on the Logos 5 icon, the blue Logos 5 screen comes up but after about a minute, I get the message that Logos 5 has stopped working.

Location of the log files are shown in the article at http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

The links to which Alabama referred you should zip up the log files into a convenient archive file to upload.

Are you running on Windows or Mac?

You will either need to enable and post logs (as described in the link in my signature line), or you will need to contact Logos customer service by phone.
