Saving Faith / Support Processes

I was poking around Faithlife again and trying to flesh out more of my profile and I noticed that the profile edit page ( https://faithlife.com/account/edit ) does not allow me to save changes to my profile (tied to this account).

I tried in Google Chrome  29.0.1547.41 beta-m on a Windows 8 PC using the desktop mode of Chrome (not the Win 8 metro variant).

The typeahead allows me to select things and appeared to function properly, but selecting Nondenominational Christian or Christian both did not persist when I changed pages while other settings did.

Following the online "contact" link to submit a bug, I E-Mailed support and received a very ambiguous reply from Meryl Martin ( meryl.martin@logos.com ) informing me about the forums with little information on if a ticket had been logged from that request or not. Apologies if this is a duplicate post if she did in fact log this issue on my behalf. I would recommend support channels / processes / responses be clearer as well, particularly on the contact form and in technician responses.
