Is it possible to work offline in Logos 5?

If so how? I think there used to be an easy option on start up on Logos 4.

Yes.
If your computer is not connected to the Internet you will get a pop up window that asks you to sign in or work offline. Just click work offline. I do this all the time.

To get the sign in pop up - hold the Ctrl button down when you open Logos 5. This will cause the sign in window to appear.
