I know that there are several people working on this problem but I need to let you know about my current dilemma. I was instructed to turn off my Webroot Anitvirus/Spyware and reinstall Proclaim. I followed the inst. very, very carefully and Proclaim reinstalled and was running fine. I asked for instructions regarding turning Webroot back on and received no reply from the tech team. I turned my antivirus software back on (who wants to run their computer without it?). Proclaim continued to run fine until this morning (Sunday morning arghhhhh) and I am now receiving a note from Webroot telling me that Proclaim is trying to install a virus/spyware.
NOW WHAT! I am totally frustrated and have to figure how to run our services without Proclaim.
