It looks like your Library Catalog database has become corrupted. You can stop the crash by deleting the following file. (Logos 5 will need to re-prepare your library when you restart it.)
/Users/willybenzaquen/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/zj2313sr.cfo/LibraryCatalog/catalog.db
Thank you for your answer, but please excuse my ignorance, I'm new to Logos, can you further explain how to do that?

Sure thing. [:)]
Bradley wanted you to delete a database file named catalog.db. This is located in your OSX user library account (NOTE: this isn't accessed from within Logos, but rather from within your user library in OSX). In Mountain Lion, your user library is hidden by default. To access it, open up a finder window. Press and hold the command key while browsing the "Go" menu. This will make your user library appear. Click on it. From there, navigate to the location Bradley gave you (I have bolded it for you below).
When you open the LibraryCatalog folder, move the catalog.db file to your desktop. Make sure Logos is closed first. Once you have moved the db file to the desktop, you can reopen Logos and it will rebuild the file. Once everything is up and running fine, you can delete the file on your desktop. (You are really only keeping it just in case Logos wants to take a look at it... in most cases, it will just get deleted).
AWESOME it worked!!!
I'm back in business.
Thank you so much guys!!!
Glad to help. [:)]
