Hello,

Does anyone know how I can type greek text in the android app. I want to search the greek entries in the Liddell-Sctto-Jones' Greek-English Lexicon (LSJ).

    Hi Leonardo,

What type of Android device are you using? On the Nexus 10 I was able to add the Greek onscreen keyboard by doing the following:

    1. Open Settings

    2. Select the Language & Input section

    3. Under the "Keyboard & Input Methods", tapped on the Settings button next to the "Google Keyboard" entry

    4. On the Google Keyboard Settings page tapped on Input Languages

    5. Unchecked the "Use system language" option and checked "English (US)" and "Greek"

After doing this I was able to enter greek characters in the search field by switching the language shown on the onscreen keyboard by long pressing on space.

If your device does not come with a greek keyboard it also appears that there are some available on Google Play that you might also be able to install. I'd got with a system provided one before installing a custom one.

    Hi Gabe,

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note. I installed the Greek keyboard and everything is Ok now (that is only that known issue about the wrong Greek letters in menus). Thanks for your answer.
