How much memory for Logos and lectures

I've decided that I want to download some lectures from iTunes and another source to get some training that's available now for free. I have an iPad, but it's constantly being borrowed (I know you know why...). I was thinking that I could do what's needful with an iPod touch and do some Logos basics as well. My question is whether 16GB would be enough to do the job. It's not a big cost issue to go 32GB, but I'd rather use the difference for Logos purchases.

I have a 16 GB iPhone. I have 5 GB of music, 1.5 GB of podcasts, and very minimal downloaded to Logos. I have about 1 GB of free space... the rest is filled with other apps, photos, etc.

This is very different than my iPad. I have NO music on it, nor many photos. My Logos app is 850 MB. I find myself reading much more often on my iPad than on my iPhone for obvious reasons. My iPhone has an internet connection, so I don't feel the need to download so many resources. (I don't recommend downloading many anyways... but my iPad has about 100 or so, whereas my iPhone has 3-5.)

Some of the iTunes U "courses" are more than 1 GB. I'm not sure how much photography you would do with your iPod, but probably not as much as you would with your iPhone. 

If your usage truly turns out to be primarily Podcasts & Logos only, you'd probably be fine. Otherwise, you might want the larger one.
