Clicking "Add to Cart" adds books from wishlist

In purchasing a book today, I thought I needed to click "Add to Cart" to make the coupon work (of course, I don't, I need to click "Update Cart.")
On clicking "Add to Cart," a resource was added to my cart. I finally figured out that it was from my wish list.
This is unexpected behavior. It would expect nothing to be added, if nothing is selected.
Here are a couple of screen captures that illustrate the issue.
Before clicking "Add to Cart:"
After clicking "Add to Cart:"

It looks like the picture supposed to be there didn't load properly. It should look like this:

I believe that Kseinya is correct.
Though I'll enter a case that we should at least in this case display some text so that the user knows what's going on when they click Add to cart here. Thanks,

If so (thanks Ksenia), then you may wish to test the shopping cart with Firefox 23.01 with the Adblock plus add-on enabled. I'm not sure what else could cause the lack of display there, since other parts of the website seem to behave as expected.

MikeActually, I discovered that the Expositors is not in my wish list. (In fact, I already have 6 of the 12 volumes.) I don't know why it would be there, except that it is on sale.

Your wishlist doesn't apply here, it's just a list of promoted products that appears there.
We'll have the developer who looks into fixing this figure out why the AdBlock plus add-on might be causing issues with this image. Thanks again for the followup,
