Proclaim cause Widows 7 to freeze

I am having problems with system stability with Proclaim. All to regularly proclaim will cause my computer to lock-up (no Keyboard response no mouse response just locks up) have been unable to find how to get help to resolve the issue so am posting it here

Are other apps responsive during the lockup? The Proclaim application should not have the ability to affect your entire system. If the system lockup correlates with Proclaim usage I would be inclined to blame the video card. Do you have any driver updates available?

My drivers are up to date. latest driver (July of this year) The card is a Ge Force 560, I am running a I7 2600K CPU 340 GHZ, there is 7.8 Gigs of Memory and Microsoft Windows 7 Pro as the operating system.
