What is the meaning of "<Lemma = lbs/el/λόγος>" that one sees in the Bible Search window?

I'm actually looking for examples in the NT, especially Pauline texts, where εχω is close to καρπος - but I can't figure out how to search for it?  I was trying morph search like "lemma:εχω WITHIN 10 WORDS lemma:καρπος", but that didn't work.  Then I saw the example above, in the bible search window, but don't understand it... maybe it's what I'm looking for?  Or, is there another way to get my results?

What is the meaning of "<Lemma = lbs/el/λόγος>" that one sees in the Bible Search window?

Breaking it down:

<...>=brackets, sets apart the search as if it were one search term.

"Lemma" = you want to search for the lemma, not the exact word

"lbs"=you want to use the Logos Bible System (lbs) tagging system for lemmas (some older resources used other tagging systems).

"el"=you want to search in Greek (think the Greek word for "Greek" here - to search in Hebrew use "he", for aramaic use "arc").

"λόγος"=this is the lemma you are actually searching for.

As a short cut, and since I can't always remember all of this, I usually search from the text. In this case, I'd find a verse that either has both words (presumably the verse you're starting with?) and then do a "Search this resource" for each word (i.e., run two searches). Then I'll copy/paste one search term (e.g. <Lemma = lbs/el/ἔχω>) from one search window into the other.
