I know that I can search in to books in NT (eg Mattew and Mark) by select "Seach in All Bible Text" in "Matthew-Mark. But What if I only want to seach in Gospel of Mark and Gospel of John? Is that possible?

Yes you can do this - enter the books you want separated by commas when specifying the passage range
