Logos start window pops up, then disappears, then.....nothing

When I click to start Logos, the blue window pops up for about 3-4 seconds, then disappears and nothing else happens. I tried holding down the control key while starting it, but nothing changes. I also uninstalled the logos software and reinstalled. Nothing. Please help.

We will need some logs (especially logos.log) for more information - see http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

Which version do you run? A recent bug in 5.1a RC 1 gave me exactly the same you describe - if running the German UI.

I likewise had something like this on my test machine. I fixed it when I went to the Windows Control panel, and "repaired" the installation. But calling Logos tech support might be a wiser option than blindly trying things.
