Force Close After Lookup in Passage Guide

I am attempting to use the passage guide to search for information on a particular passage. After executing the search, results are returned as would be expected. When I attempt to access the returned search results in passage guide section, the application appears to freeze and then say windows has to close down.
I have included the log files as requested. This is a new issue and the first time I have had a problem with this software in 2.5 years. The problem started 3 days ago and continues today. It makes the software unusable.

This is not a problem I recall seeing before, so I don't have a specific solution. However, since you are running Windows 7, you are able to update to the free version of Logos 5. This won't add any new features and datasets included in the Logos 5 upgrades, but does include all the latest bug fixes and improvements, which may solve the problem.
Install Logos 5 for free from http://www.logos.com/installation
