I am unable to copy at all in this version. Under the edit menu "copy" is greyed out.
This menu item has not been implemented yet as far as I know. The way to get around this is to highlight the text you want to copy, then "right click" or control click the highlighted text (whichever you prefer), then a menu pops up which has a "copy" item that you can click. (see below) There are other cool things on this menu that work as well.
