Logos 5 Keeps crashing everytime I start up, I have attached logs. This happened a few weeks ago and I called tech support, they got the problem fixed, but it has happened again. I tried reinstalling, but no luck. Thanks for the help.

Try again as no logs are attached. Put all of them in a zip file and use the paperclip icon to attach them.

It didn't work. Please attach them again. Use the paper clip icon in the formatting pallet.

Just the engine? Generally, that is a pointless endeavor. If the problem is in the data files, those remain. If the problem is a bug, that just gets re downloaded.

Zach - Got them. It looks like a corrupted database file... but I dont know which one. I am only half techie... and in a hurry. If no one else checks up on you, ill see what I can find later.
Zach, I can see where the error is being generated but not the specific file it is having trouble with. It is trying to load your Home Page when it crashes. I'd suggest you try loading Logos to a blank layout. Hold the CMD key down while clicking to start Logos. Continue to hold it until the login dialogue box opens. When it does, choose 'use blank layout.'
This hopefully will get you into Logos, but it may crash again if you try to go to the Home Page. Of course it may crash anyway.
This is not a crash I can diagnose. I suspect it will take a Logos tech to sort it out, but perhaps you can get into and use Logos before then.
This looks to be caused by a corrupt index. Mark's advice should get you into the program. Once it opens, you can type "rebuild library index" into the command box. Alternatively, you can delete this folder when the program isn't running:
/Users/zach_ccc/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/qirh86yc.vx4/LibraryIndex
Either way, Logos 5 will need to reindex your library, which may take a few hours.
