Is there a way to access the bible verse insert program without starting all of Logos?

I used to use WordSearch and there was a small program that would allow a keystroke to pull up their bible verse insert program without having to start the whole program. 

Is there anyway/thing to do this in Logos. I don't want to have to start the entire program just to add a few verses to an email or letter.

Logos has to be loaded to copy bible verses that way (or any other way!).
