Hello,
I think I am having the same problem as several others on here. I try to open Logos and the homepage opens, but it crashes before it fully loads the program. Here are my logs:

It looks like you have a corrupted Update Manager database. If you delete the following folder, Logos 5 should start up without crashing:
/Users/michaeldietzel/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/bqw72upk.5rb/UpdateManager
I think I am having the same problem as several others on here.
Why do you think so? This thread might be informative: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/72442.aspx
FYI – I'm not on my computer to look at your log file, but from Bradley's post it looks like you are on Mac, is that right? If so, there is a very high likelihood that your user library is hidden by default (true since OSX 10.7x). Press and hold the option key while looking at the "go" menu of a finder window. If that doesn't work, google "show user library in OSX".
That got it all figured out. Thanks!
Glad to hear it. [:)]
