Logos 4 stopped working

I have Logos 4 installed on my two laptops.  It has been working fine and I have used for a couple of years.  Yesterday I got this message when trying to open the software.

Logos Bible software has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if solution is available.

I get this message on by laptops each time I try to open Logos.  Then the programs shuts down.

Any ideas?

We'll need to see a log file in order to identify the cause of the problem. Logos should have written a "Logos4Crash.txt" file to "My Documents\Logos Log Files"; you can attach it to a reply to this post.

If that file isn't present, please follow the instructions at http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging to create and upload a full log.

Finally, if you're running Windows Vista or later, you can update to Logos 5 for free. You won't get any of the new features in the Logos 5 base package upgrades, but you will get the latest free features, bug fixes, and performance improvements. It's possible that updating to Logos 5 will fix the problem you're experiencing. Install it for free from http://www.logos.com/installation.
