Is there any way to re-size an image inserted from a file? For instance, if I want to put a picture on a slide with text, but don't want the picture to take up the WHOLE slide, can I shrink it?
This is not currently supported in Proclaim. The workaround is to do your editing in another application and upload the result.

There are plenty of free applications that will make this easy for you. Personally, I use Gimp.
