This is a terrific resource still, and would really benefit from Logos formatting. Its print edition only had a so-so index; Logos indexing would treble its usefulness. Payne was a creative, wise scholar fully committed to the authority of Scripture, and his text has lasting insights.
Also, I believe it's out of print (http://www.amazon.com/Theology-Older-Testament-Barton-Payne/dp/031030721X). It might be available for community pricing.
Regardless, I'd love for this to be available, and would promote it heartily.
