BUG with long on

I have to re-log on to Logos every time I start it on my Mac. It doesn't even remember my log on credentials. This is very annoying. Does Logos assume somehow their users are all crooks and need to re-verify every single time? Almost every other piece of software in the universe remembers log on state and credentials. Since this is such an easy "bug" to fix I assume it is intentional.

This isn't a bug... there is a corruption in your installation somewhere. I'm not sure what the fix is. Until a full fledged techie comes along, it might be helpful for you to post logs. I don't think they'll be needed, but if they are it will save time for you to upload them now. Follow the right link in my signature line to learn more.

Thanks. I have attached the log to this message. Hopefully someone from Logos will look at it.

According to your log and this thread (https://github.com/SignalR/SignalR/issues/1758), there are incorrect permissions on the following file (or the directories containing it): /Users/gene/.config/.mono/keypairs
You may be able to use chmod to fix the problem by opening a Terminal and entering the following commands:
chmod 0700 ~/.config/.mono/keypairs
chmod 0600 ~/.config/.mono/keypairs/*0 -
Gene - I am only a half "techie." I could probably follow Bradley's advice, but I would understand if you were hesitant. If you are not adventurous, you might want to call Logos customer service. If you give them permission, they can take over your computer remotely and help fix the issue.

That fixed it, thanks!
