my logos bible software crashed

when I try to login it crashes, and saying your files has been corrupted or invalid. It gives me only an option of ""close program". Please help me. It is almost a week struggling with this type of problem. I now turn to members of the forum so that you can help me - even on how should re-install it.

Without knowing anything about what's going on (see below for enabling logging), you can try to load Logos to a blank layout. To do that, on a Windows machine, hold down the CTRL key as Logos is starting up. Then choose from the menu "Load to Blank Layout." That may get you going and May help Logos fix whatever else might be going on.

Another possibility (if the above doesn't work), again in Windows (not sure about Mac), from the Windows Control Panel, choose "Programs and Features" (in Windows 7), right click on Logos and choose "Repair."

If none of that works then we'll need to see some logs. Please enable logging by carefully following all the instructions in the link here: http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

I am also having problems with my Logos package that does not want to open and keep on crashing.

I followed all of the steps above with no success.

Attached is a screenshot of what happens when trying to open the software as well as the log files. Hope this helps to shed some light on the problem.

This looks like a problem with the Microsoft WPF software and I would recommend you contact (email/Skype) Logos Support about it. But first update to the latest version, Logos 5.1a, via this link to see if that resolves it.
