Yes. This includes the LXX and NT material as one resource, the portions of the Apostolic Fathers (Barnabas & Hermas) as a second resource.
Much like the edition of Codex Bezae that we recently released (http://www.logos.com/product/29619/codex-bezae-cantabrigiensis), the transcription also includes papyrological data (folio, quire, column, line info, correction info, other papyrological notes). For the transcription, we are using the data that drives the codexsinaiticus.com web site, so it is the latest scholarly reading of the text of Sinaiticus.
