Book Cache applied to pre-pub orders?

How can I apply the funds currently in my Book Cache to a pre-pub order? I don't see an option for doing so when I go to place a new pre-pub order, and I also don't see an option to utilize those funds on an already placed pre-pub order that is soon to be published.

I am not sure... I <think> that there is a setting under account preferences which allows you to check "use book cache for pre-pubs." NOTE: you can't actually pay for a resource, even with vouchers, etc. until the resource actually ships.
