The normal execution of the Logos 5 application has been somewhat problematic but I have proceeded in spite of how it works.
Normally, when I double click on the application icon on my desktop I immediately get the following message:
'Do you want the following program (Logos 5) to make changes to this computer?' I always reply 'Yes'.
Then the logos sign appears and I receive a 2nd system question:
'An update is ready to be installed. Do you want to install it now? (Recommended)'
I have found the application reaction to my response strange because if I reply 'Yes' the application simply goes away. But if I reply 'No' then the application launches.
30 minutes ago, after reply 'No' and after the application had loaded I received a message at the bottom of my screen advising me that an update was available and it was recommended that I accept and restart the Logos 5 program. I did, as at other times in the past, but the application never came back. I then went back to my desktop and attempted to activate the program as I normally do. I received the same 2 prompts and I answered the 1st as usual but regardless of how I answer the 2nd question the application does not activate.
Please advise how this problem can be resolved.
Thank you.
