I think it belongs up front rather than buried down in the FAQ, because people who are freaking out about major troubles will want the answers fast. I've written up pages to answer the two most common troubles people might have with Logos:
Help! Logos won’t start at all. What can I do?
Logos is running very slowly. What can I do?
Check them out and feel freel to suggest improvements. Thank you to all whose suggestions (and in one case image) I've stolen from these Forum pages! I linked back to your original posts since some of the follow-up comments might be useful to people as well.
Also, I've started using a tag REVIEW: to prefix some work still to be done on a wiki page, or a question to be answered before we can proceed. It's an old trick we used to use in Microsoft code; a quick way to search through for any known unresolved issues in the code. Feel free to use that as well if the situation warrants.
Eventually there should be a similar section for the Mac, but I didn't know how to create it. Would one of you Mac gurus care to take it on?
