Error Reporting

I am using windows XP and I was in Logos 4 and I was clicking on the help button when I was given an error message that said "Logos Bible Software has encountered a problem an needs to close. We are sorry for the incovenience." I was wondering if anyone else has had this error message? This is the second time it has happened. I tried to report the error message but it took about an hour so I canceled the report. Any Ideas?

There is a known problem with the new help file (logos4Help.logos4) that was released recently which must have downloaded onto your machine before the problem was noticed. Logos has pulled this file off the server while they investigate the problem, but in the meantime you've got the corrupt file. Just hang on and the problem should be fixed soon. Watch this thread for further news.

By the way "reporting the error message" sends a report to Microsoft, which probably doesn't help much because in this case it's probably not their fault.
