Citations not complete or linked to library

So after I purchased a package on Logos, i find that while reading on my iPad, if i tap a footnote, it no longer links to books in my library.

Does anyone know if this is something you turn off or on?

I'm sorry, I don't understand your question. Can you explain more? Provide a screen shot?
